How to Log In to My Account

Click here to log on to your Holly Springs Salamanders account.

If you have a Ticketmaster Account and it matches your Holly Springs Salamanders Account email address:

If you have a Ticketmaster account already from other events/venues, and your email address with the Durham Bulls matches your Ticketmaster email address, you will log in using your TICKETMASTER email address and password. Depending on the last time you updated your password, you may be prompted to update your password. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link.

If you do not have a Ticketmaster Account, or your Holly Springs Salamanders email address does not match your Ticketmaster Account:

Click “New To Ticketmaster Sign Up”, and complete your information using the email associated with your Holly Springs Salamanders account. You will be asked to enter your phone number for verification.

Why are my Ticketmaster credentials being used to access my Holly Springs Salamanders Account Manager account?

  • With a secure, unified credential system, you can sign into your Ticketmaster and Account Manager sites using a single username and password. With this new sign-in, your account is more secure and you can access your tickets faster.

How can I change my account information?

  • Account information including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and password can be updated in the My Profile section of your Holly Springs Salamanders Account Manager. You can also contact the Holly Springs Salamanders to make updates to the way they communicate with you.

  • To ensure it is you, we’re requiring each account to have a phone number associated with it. This phone number can be updated in your Ticketmaster.com account profile.

  • No, your Holly Springs Salamanders Account Manager tickets and your Ticketmaster tickets are still in separate systems. Your credentials are the same, but the accounts are separate.

  • Yes – you may do so during the purchase process by clicking the “Upgrade my seats” button when you first log on to your Holly Springs Salamanders Account Manager and viewing available options, or you can call the Holly Springs Salamanders at 919.249.7322 to speak to a representative about your seats.

  • Yes. You can contact the Holly Springs Salamanders 919.249.7322 and one of our representatives will assist you.

  • Yes – you will be able to exchange your tickets in your Holly Springs Salamanders Account Manager beginning in April 2024.
