Holly Springs Salamanders Sports Management Intern Program
Are you passionate about sports and looking for hands-on experience in the world of baseball management? The Holly Springs Salamanders are excited to announce applications for our 2026 Sports Management Intern Program!
About the Program
This unpaid internship offers students aged 16–20 a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience by working alongside our full-time and gameday staff.
Interns will explore key areas such as:
• Marketing: Social media content creation and digital promotion
• Broadcast Production: Producing/directing game broadcasts and camera operations
• Game Operations: Managing in-game stats and videoboard operations
• Fan Engagement: Coordinating on-field promotions and enhancing the fan experience
Interns will help execute 32 home games at Ting Stadium from May through August. To ensure a meaningful experience, interns are expected to commit to at least 15 home games.
Cost
This internship is completely free for participants — all fees and insurance are covered by the Holly Springs Salamanders.
