About the Program
Are you passionate about sports and looking for hands-on experience in the world of baseball management?
The Holly Springs Salamanders are excited to announce applications for our 2026 Sports Management Intern Program!
This unpaid internship offers students aged 16–20 a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience by working alongside our full-time and gameday staff.
Interns will explore key areas such as:
- Marketing: Social media content creation and digital promotion
- Broadcast Production: Producing/directing game broadcasts and camera operations
- Game Operations: Managing in-game stats and video board operations
- Fan Engagement: Coordinating on-field promotions and enhancing the fan experience
Interns will help execute 32 home games at the North Main Athletic Complex Stadium (NMACS) from May through August. To ensure a meaningful experience, interns are expected to commit to at least 15 home games.
Cost
This internship is completely free for participants — all fees and insurance are covered by the Holly Springs Salamanders.
